A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING TO THE
C 1T Y OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FOR AN
EASEMENT FOR POLES AND ELECTRIC OP llai LINES,
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property for
municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for poles and
electric Rgwer ling 3 and
WHEREAS, the owner of said property ha offered to
sell and convey the same to e City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the.benefit and best interest of the City of Anaheim
to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the

Tract No. 162, Home Croft Tract, as per map recorded
in Book 12, Page 6 of Miscellaneous Maps, records
of Orange County, California.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the City
c1 Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance of said
property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the City
of Anaheim be and he is hereby authorized to pay to the owners
of said real property out of General Funds of the City of
Anaheim the sum of One Dollar ($1000)0
