ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING TO THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FOR AN
EASEMENT FOR POLES AND ELECTRIC POWER LINES
WHEREAS, the

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the .benefit and best interest of the City of Anaheim
to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the

Lot Twenty -four (24) of the Anaheim Investment Com-
pany Tract, as shown on a Map recorded in Book 7,
Pages 33 and 34 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of
Orange County, California.
Excepting therefrom the Easterly 338.72 feet.
