1961-7023A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING TO THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FOR AN
EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC UTILITY PURPaaPS.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property for
municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for road and public utili
purposes an d
RESOLUTION NOe 7023
WHEREAS, the owner of said property has offered to
sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of Anaheim
to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that_ the offer of MARGARET E. JOHNSTON. a rnrr1 d
woman as her sole and separate property,

situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California,
to be used for an easement for road and public utility purposes
___r and more particularly descri'ted as follows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes over,
under and across the Westerly 10.25 feet of those
parcels of land described as follows:
Lot Eight and the South 58.00 feet of Lot Seven in
Tract No. 230, as shown on a Map thereof recorded
in Book 13, Page 25 of Miscellaneous Maps, records
of Orange County, California;
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the City
cf Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance of said
property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the City
of Anaheim be and he is hereby authorized to pay to the owners
of said real property out of General Funds of the City of
Anaheim the sum of One Dollar ($1,00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 5th day of July 1961
