1961-7012A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM FINDING AND DETERMINING THAT IT IS
NECESSARY TO SECURE AN OPERATOR FOR THE PUBLIC
CONCESSION AT THE ANAHEIM GOLF COURSE; FIXING
THE SPECIFICATIONS FOR SAID CONCESSION, AND
INVITING BIDS FOR THE RIGHT TO OPERATE SAID
PUBLIC CONCESSION.
WHEREAS, the City Council does find and determine that
public convenience and necessity require that an operator be
secured for the public concession at the Anaheim Golf Course for
the sale of food, beverages (including beer, but no other alcoholic
beverages), pop corn, ice cream, candy, cigars, cigarettes and
tobacco, and other light articles; and
WHEREAS, the City Council does further find that the
specifications for said concession should be fixed and determined;
and
WHEREAS, the City Council does find that a notice
should be published inviting sealed proposals for the right to
operate the public concession at the Anaheim Golf Course.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that there shall be granted the right to
operate the public concession at the Anaheim Golf Course in the
City of Anaheim for the sale of food, beverages (including beer,
but no other alcoholic beverages), pop -corn, ice cream, candy,
cigars, cigarettes and tobacco, and other light articles; and that
the specifications for said concession on file in the Office
of the City Engineer be, and the same are hereby, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be, and
she is hereby, authorized and directed to publish a notice in
the Anaheim Bulletin in the manner and form as required by
law, inviting sealed proposals for the right to operate said
concession above referred to and directing that said proposals
will be received up to thehour of 2 olclock P.M. on July 20, 1961.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this 27th day of June, 1961.
