1961-7004A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 3164
GRANTING VARIANCE NO. 492, AND RESCINDING
RESOLUTION NO. 4530.
WHEREAS, heretofore, to wit, on the 28th day of
February, 1956, the City Council did adopt Resolution No. 3164
granting Variance No. 492; and
WHEREAS, said Variance No. 492 was granted subject
to the following conditions:
"1. The erection of one -story units only on
the north tier of the lots.
ATTEST:
2. The erection of a suitable fence agreeable
to the residents living on Winston Road in
Tract No. 2637 and the subdivider, between
Tract No. 2637 and the subject property.
3. That the buildings be constructed according
to plans submitted, entitled, 'The Bungalowcraft
Co. Dwellings No.' Plans Nos. D -138 and
D -1 46
AND WHEREAS, a request has been received by the City
Council for approval of revised plans of dwellings to be
constructed on a portion of the property described in Resolution
No. 3164; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the conditions
upon which Variance No. 492 was granted, should be amended to
prmit the property on which said variance is granted to be
developed subject to approval of the City Planning Commission,
which will allow the planning review function to be handled
on an administrative level.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that Resolution No. 3164 granting
Variance No. 492 be, and the same is hereby, amended by amending
the conditions upon which said variance is granted to permit
the property described in said resolution to be developed
subject to approval of the City Planning Commission, thereby
allowing the planning review function to be handled on an
administrative level.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Resolution No. 4530
adopted May 20, 1958, be and the same is hereby, rescinded.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this 27th day of June, 1961.

AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Mayor of the City of Anaheim
