A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING AND DIRECTING THE PAYNEnT
OF DEMANDS AGAINST THE CITY AS OF
September 11. 1956

WHEREAS, the City Auditor has submitted to the City Council
for its examination, consideration and approval, demands against the
City as of September 11. 1956 --Warrants No. 5335 to
5522 . both lnel,"i-1!ve. totaling $ 383,46Z.J7
and
WHEREAS, the Ci ty Council finds that all of said demands are
proper and should be paid, except
NOW, THEREFORE, BS IT RESOLVEQ' by the City Council that all
of said demands, except
be, and the same are herebYt $pproved and the City Auditor be, and she
is hereby, authorized and dl~~ttd to issue warrants therefor.
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Treasurer bet and he
is hereby, authorized and directed to pay said warrants upon presenta-
tion to him by the persons entitled to receive payment thereon, Or their
duly authorized representatives.
