A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY roUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A Gt4NT DEED'CCNVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CEliTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EASBIENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC
UTILITY PURPOSES

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for public purposes, to witl An easement for road and public

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for tne benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of JERAJ;., D. STANLEY and.
DOROTHF.A E. STANLEY. hu~band and wife,
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real prop-
erty situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of
California, to be used for road and public utility purposes
, and more particularly described as follows.
An easement for road and public utility pur-
poses over, under and across the Southerly
50 feet of the Easterly 96.50 feet of the
Westerly 201.50 feet of that portion of land
located in the City of Anaheim, County of
Orange, State of California, descrioed as
follows:
BEGINNING at the point of intersection of the
center line of East Center Street and the
Southerly extension of the Westerly line of
the parcel of land conveyed by James B. Mulvey
to Cornelia Mulvey et al., by Deed recorded
January 6, 1934 and filed in Book 650, page 497
of Official Records in the office of the County
Recorder of said Orange County; thence N 150 21'
W along said Westerly line a distance of 407.32
feet; thence S 750 011 W a distance of 434.26
feet; thence S 120 141 E a distance of 411.90
feet more or less to the said center line of
East Center Street; thence N 740 301 E along
the last said center line a distance of 457 feet
more or less to the point of beginning.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
Ci ty of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
%_ BE IT FURTHER REs::lLVED that the City Treasurer of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authori~ed to pay to the
owners of said real property, out of General Funds of the City
of Anaheim, the sum of One and nO/100 Dollars (Sl.OD).
