A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN
REAL PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD
AND PUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for road and public
utility purposes; and
WHEREAS, the owner of said property has offered to
sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of Anaheim
to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of DISNEYLAND, INC., a cor-
poration. organized under the laws of the State of California,
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for road and
public utility purposes, and more particularly described as
follows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes over,
under and across those parcels of land, described as
follows:
PARCEL ONE:
The Easterly 45.00 feet of the Northeast quarter of
the Southeast quarter of the Northeast quarter of
Section 21, Township 4 South, Range 10 West, San
Bernardino Base and Meridian.
PARCEL TWO:
The Easterly 45.00 feet and the Southerly 45.00 feet
of the Southeast quarter of the Southeast quarter of
the Northeast quarter of Section 21, Township 4 South,
Range 10 West, San Bernardino Base and Meridian.
PARCEL NO. THREE:
Beginning at a point 60.07 feet Westerly of the East
line and 45.00 feet Northerly of the South line of the
Southeast quarter of the Southeast quarter of the North-
east quarter, of Section 21, Township 4 South, Range 10
West, San Bernardino Base and Meridian, said point
being the beginning of a curve concave Northwesterly and
having a radius of 15.00 feet; thence Easterly and Northerly
along said curve, through a central angle of 90 15'
03" an arc distance of 23.63 feet to a point in a line
parallel with and 45.00 feet Westerly of the East line
of the Southeast quarter of the Southeast quarter of

be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance
of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owners of said real property, out of General Funds of the City
of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 13th day of June, 1961.

do hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was passed and
adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council held on the
13th day of June, 1961, by the following vote of the members
thereof;
AYES: COUNCILMEN: Chandler, Coons, Fry, Thompson and Schutte
NOES COUNCILMEN None
ABSENT COUNCILMEN None
AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Mayor of the City of
Anaheim approved and signed said resolution on the 13th day of
June, 1961.
