A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EASE~~NT FOR PUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for public purposes, to wit: An easement for public utility
IJUrposes; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and pm'chase said real property;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of ALICE I. PANNIER SCHMID,
RUTH R. PANNIER HALL, MILTON W. PANNIER, HOWARD W. PANNIER,
DONALD A. PANNIER, ami. CHAt{LES F. PANNIER to sell to the City
of Anaheim the following described real property situated in
the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California,
to be used for public utility purposes, and more particularly
described as follows:
An easement for public utility purposes over, under
and across a portion of Lot 22 of Anaheim Extension
as shown on a map of survey made by William Hamel
and filed in the office of the County Recorder of
Los Angeles County, California, located in the City
of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California,
described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the center lines of
Ball Road, sixty (60) feet in width, and the Santa Fe
Railway Company's (formerly known as the Californ$a
Central Railway Company ) one hundred (100) foot
Right of Way, as shown on a map of said Right of Way
in Book 39, page 34 of Miscellaneous Records of Los
Angeles County, California; thence Easterly along said
center line of Ball Road 180.22 feet to the true point
of beginning; thence continuing easterly along said
center line of Ball Road 3.5.33 feet; thence northerly
.50.00 feet at right angles to sald last mentioned
center lil'i3; thence Westerly 35.33 feet parallel with
said center line of Ball Road; thence souther~y at
right angles to said parallel line 50.00 feet to the
true point of beginning.
EXCEPTING therefrom the Southerly thirty (30) feet.
be, and. the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Treasurer of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owners of said real property, out of General Funds of the City
of Anaheim, the sum of One and nO/100 Dollars ($1.00).
