A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A Cit\NT DEEDOONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EASSlENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC
UTILITY PURPOSES 0
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for public purposes, to wi t. An easement for road and nublic

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
N()Y, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council 0 f
the City of Anaheim that the offer of ASSEMBLY OF GOD OF

to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real prop-
erty situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of
California, to be used for road and nublic utili tv nurnoAeA
, and more particularly described as follows.
An easement for road and public utility
purposes over, under, along, across and
through the North 10.00 feet of the South
40.00 feet of the East half of the West
half of the Northeast quarter of the
Northeast quarter of Section 17, Township
4 South, Range 10 West, S.B.B.& M. in the
City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State
of California.

be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
Ci ty of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Treasurer of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owners of said real property, out of General Funds of the City
of Anaheim, the sum of One and nO/100 Dollars ($1.00).
