A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY CXlUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEEDOONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EASEMENT FOR PUBLIC UTILITY
PURPOSES
o
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for public purposes, to wit I An easement for Dublic ut ili ty
Durposes. ; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for tne benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of ELOISE, HIC., DONNIE 1 INC.,
BARBETTE, LIC., ano, HEDY, INC. ,
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real prop-
erty situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of

owners of said real property, out of General Funds of the City
of Anaheim, the sum of One and nO/IOO Dollars ($1000).
