RESOLUTION NO. 34LJ3
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF TliE CITY OF ANAHEIM DENYING
WITHOUT PREJUDICE VAqIANCE NO. 584
vW.EHEAS, the Ci t;y Plc"nning Commission of the
City of Anaheim did receive a petition from the owner
and agent of certain real property situated in the City
of Anaheim, County of Orange, state of Califo~nia,
described as follows:
7he South 396 feet of the West 330 feet of
the Southwest quarter of the Southwest quarter
of the Northwest quarter of Section 13, Township
4 South, Ran6e 11 West, S. B.B. & M.
(Loce,ted 2.50 feet North of Orange Avenue on the
East sicie of stanton Avenue.)
AND WHEREAS, the City Planning- Commisslon did hold
a public hearing at the City Hall in the City of Anaheim
on July 2, 19.56, notices of Which said public hearing were
duly given, as required by law and the provisions of Section
9200.] 7 of the Anaheim 1vlunicipal Code; and
VlHEREAS, said City Plannin[; Commission, after due
inspection, investigation and studies made by itself and
in its behalf, (,no, after cl.ue consideration of all evidence
and reports offered at said hearing, did adopt Resolution
No. 2.JL, Series 1955-56, recommending thGt Variance No. 584
be granted upon the conditione; therein set forth; and

the Ciate of the adOIJtion of' SD,ic resolution, the City Council
o.io. elect, upon its ovm motion, to review the action taken by
tile Ci t.y Planning Commission in ;;rB,nting said, variance and
d.id. set a ,oublic heariq;' thereon to be held on the 14th day
of' August, 1956, at '7:00 O'Clock P. N., in the City Hall in
the 01 ty of Anaheim, and no t:l.ee of' such public hearing was
dUly given as requi~ed. by law and the provisions of Section
9200.17 of the Anaheim Municipal Code; and

hearing, the Cit.y Council dia c.uly hold a,nd conduct such public
hearj.n;~ and did. give all persons interested therein an opportun-
ity to be heard, a no. did continue said. hearing to August 28th,
1956, at 7:00 O'Clock P. M.; and

itself and in its behalf, ano, after due co:Js iciera tion of all
Ule evidence and. reports offere6 at said hear:lngs, the City
Council does fine that:

right possessed. by other property
in the same vicinity and zone and
denied the subject property.

Ananeim, be and the same is hereby, disa,proved, and that
Variance No. 584 be, and the same is hereby, denied without
prejudice to the right to re-apply within six months if
applicant can show gaud cause therefor.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
