A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM INTERPRETING CONDITION
NO. 1 OF VARIANCE NO. 1343.
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of
Anaheim did receive a petition for zoning variance from
LERA MAX DWYER, owner of certain real property situated in
the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California,
more particularly described in said petition.
AND WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission did hold
a public hearing at the City Hall in the City of Anaheim
upon said petition on March 20, 1961, notices of which said
public hearing were duly given as required by law and the pro-
visions of Title 18, Chapter 18.76 of the Anaheim Municipal
Code; and
WHEREAS, said City Planning Commission, after due
inspection, investigation and studies made by itself and in
its behalf, and after due consideration of all evidence and
reports offered at said hearing, did adopt Resolution No. 205,
Series 1960 -61, recommending that Variance No. 134; be granted
subject to certain conditions set forth in said resolution; and
WHEREAS, Condition No. 1 of said Resolution No. 205,
Series 1960 -61, of said City Planning Commission reads as
follows:
"1. Recordation of the Final Map of Tract
No. 4069 containing the layout as sub-
mitted on Tentative Map of Tract No.
4069 amended February 2, 1961."
AND WHEREAS, the petitioner desires to record two
final maps containing the layouts as submitted on the ten-
tative map of Tract No. 4069, amended February 2, 1961, and
the City Council does find that "maps" would be included in
the terminology of "map" and that the filing of maps will
meet the requirements as set forth in Condition No. 1 of
Resolution No. 205, Series 1960 -61, of said City Planning
Commission.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that Condition No. 1 of Resolution
No. 205, Series 1960 -61, of the City Planning Commission
adopted March 20, 1961, granting Variance No. 1343 be, and the
same is hereby, interpreted to read as follows:
"1. Recordation of final maps containing
the layout as submitted on Tentative
Map of Tract No. 4069 amended
February 2, 1961."
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this 23rd day of May, 1961.
