A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING TO THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FOR AN
EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property for
municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for road and public utility
purposes and
WHEREAS, the owners of said property have offered to
sell and convey the same to tFie City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of Anaheim
to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the offer of DAVID W. ROPER and ALICE MAY ROPER,
husband and wife,
to sell to the City of A nahe m e o ow ng described rea property
situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California,
to be used for an easement for road and .ublic utilit purposes
,an more particu ar y descr ed as fo ows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes over, under,
along, across and through the Easterly 60.00 feet of the Westerly
175.62 feet of that portion of the Northeast quarter of the
Southeast quarter of Section 13, Township 4 South, Range 11
West, in the Rancho Los Coyotes, City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, as said Section is shown on the map, recorded
in Book 51, Page 11 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of said County,
described as follows:
Beginning at the southeast corner of Lot 105 of Tract 287)!_, per
map thereof, recorded in. Book 87, Pages 38 to 42 inclusive of
Miscellaneous Maps, records of said County; thence North 0°
11' 53" East, along the Easterly boundary of said Tract, a distance
of 180.00 feet to the North line of the South 512.00 feet of said
Northeast quarter of the Southeast quarter; thence North 69
58 50" East, along said North line, 276.76 feet to the West
line of the Easterly 270.00 feet of said Northeast quarter of the
Southeast quarter; thence South 0° 09 35" West, along said
Westerly line, 180.00 feet to the Northeast corner of Lot 125
of said Tract 287; thence South 89° 58 50" West along the
boundary of said Tract, a distance of 276.88 feet to the point
of beginning.
Subject to covenants, conditions, reservations, restrictions,
rights, rights of way and easements, if any, of record;
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the City
cf Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance of said
property.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the City
of Anaheim be and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the owners
of said real property, out of General Funds of the City of
Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1000)0
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
