RESOLUTION NO. 'il.::Il.
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM, AUTHORIZING THE SALE OF
CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY; AUTHORIZING THE
EXECUTION OF A CONVEYANCE THEREOF; AND
RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 3319.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim is the owner of the
hereinafter described real property; and
WHEREAS, said real property is no longer needed
for municipal purposes; and
WHEREAS, Emil Mittman and Hattie M. Mittman, hus-
band and wife, have offered to purchase said real property
for the sum of $8,278.05 cash, lawful money of the United
States, to be deposited in escrow at Bank of America National
Trust and Savings Association, Fullerton Branch, Fullerton,
California, and paid to the City at the close of escrow; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that it is for the
banefit and best interest of the City of Anaheim to accept
said offer and sell and convey said real property to said
Emil Mittman and Hattie M. Mittman, husband and wife, upon
the terms and conditions hereinafter specified.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that the offer of Emil Mittman and
Hattie M. Mittman, Husband and Wife, to purchase the following
described real property situated in the City of Anaheim, County
of Orange, State of California:

The Westerly 130 feet of the Northerly 184.92
feet of the Southerly 375.92 feet of that parcel
of land located in the City of Anaheim, County
of Orange, State of California, and being a por-
tion of the SEt of Section 3, Township 4 South,
Range 10 West, S.B.B. & M., described as follows:
Beginning at the Northeast corner of the Schaffer
Oswald Subdivision as shown on a map thereof in
Book 7, page 41 of Miscellaneous Maps of said
Orange County, California; thence Westerly along
the North Line of said subdivision 785 feet more
or less to a point, said point being 30 feet East
of the monumented center line of North Olive Street;
thence Northerly 667.15 feet more or less to the
south line of the land conveyed to Cal-Juices, Inc.
by Deed recorded January 26, 1938 and filed in
Book 922, page 262 of Official Records of said
Orange County; thence Easterly 742.05 feet more or
less to the Westerly line of the right of way of
the main line of the Los Angeles and Salt Lake Rail-
road Company (now known as the Atchison, Topeka and
Santa Fe Railroad) in the SEt of said Section 3;
thence Southerly 251.91 feet more or less along said
right of way line which forma a curve, concave
Easterly with a radius of 576.65 feet to its inter-
section with the East line of the Wi of the SE; of
said Section 3; thence Southerly along said East
line 419.10 feet more or less to the point of
beginning.

and sufficient deed conveying to said Emil Mittman and Hattie

described, and to deliver saie: deed into escrow' at Bank of

Branch, Fullerton, California, to be delivered to said Emil
