A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GiANT DEED'aJNv:EYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CEllTAIN RW. PROPERTY
FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC
UTILITY PURPOSES
.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for public purposes, to wi t: An easement for road and public
uti] j tyntl:rnoses ; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for tne benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of KENNETH W. HOLT and EDNA
LEE HOLT. husband and wife
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real prop-
erty situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of
California, to be used for road and public utility purposes
, and more particularly described as followsl
An easement for road and public utility pur-
poses over, under and across the Easterly
30 feet of that portion of land located partly
in the City of Anaheim and all 1n the County
of Orange, State of California, described as
follows:
The Easterly 171.30 feet of the Northerly
156.00 feet of the East t of the East 20 aores
of the SEt of the SWi of Section 7, Township 4
South, Range 10 West, S.B.E. & M.

be and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
Ci ty of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Treasurer of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owners of said real property, out of General Funds of the City
of Anaheim, the sum of One and nO/lOO Dollars ($1.00).
