TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN RIW. PROPERTY

UTILITY PURPOSES

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for public purposes, to wits An easement for rol4.Sl and nublic
utili ty, nlllmoaes ; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for tne benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of ADELINr; THOMPSON FECH'l'ER a
married woman as her separate property and CARRIE B. ~BD~SON,
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real prop-
erty situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of
California, to be used for road and public utility purposes
, and more particularly described as follOWSI
An easement for road and publiC utility
purposes over, under and across the Northerly
50 feet and the Westerly 50 feet of that par-
cel of land located in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described
as follows:

be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
Ci ty of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.

City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owners of said real property, out of General Funds of the City
of Anaheim, the sum of One and no/1 00 Dollars ($l.OO).
