AND WHEREAS, the City Council does find that the total area of the property so requested to be excluded from said annexation is less than five per cent (5%) of the total area of the territory originally proposed to be annexed to the City of Anaheim and that it would be to the advantage of and for the benefit of said property owners and the City of Anaheim to exclude the territory hereinabove described from said proposed annexation; NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim that the territory hereinabove described in the preceding paragraph oi' this Resolution be, and the same is hereby excluded from the territory proposed to be annexed to the City of Anaheim in the BALL-DALE Annexation proceeding.
