A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING TO THE
C 1T Y OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FOR AN
EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property for
municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for road and public utility
purposes and'"
WHEREAS, the owners of said property have offered to
sell and convey the same to `Me City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the.benefit and best interest of the City of Anaheim
to accept said offer and purchase said real property,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that, the offer of EDWIN DURST and FRANCES M. DURST•
husband and wife,
to sell to the City of AnaheaTTETTETTOWEg described rea property
situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California,
to be used for an easement for road and •ublic utilit •ur.oses
and more particu ar y •escr •ed as fo lows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes over,
under and across those parcels of land described as
follows:
PARCEL 1: The Southerly 18.50 feet of the Westerly 366.90
feet of the Northerly 913.00 feet of the East half of the
Fractional Northwest quarter of Section 3, Township L
South, Range 10 West, San Bernardino Base Meridian.
PARCEL 2: The Southerly 10.50 feet of the Easterly 240.66
feet of the Westerly 607.56 feet of the Northerly 905.00
feet of the East half of the Fractional Northwest quarter
of Section 3, Township 4 South, Range 10 West, San
Bernardino Base Meridian;
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the City
cf Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance of said
property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the City
of Anaheim be and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the owners
of said real property out of General Funds of the City of
Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
