A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING TO THE
C TT Y OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FOR AN
EASEMENT FOR THE INSTALLATION AND MAINTEN
OF A SEWER LINE.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property for
municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for the installation and
maintenance of a sewer line an
WHEREAS, the owner s of said property have offered to
sell and convey the same to tie City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of Anaheim
to accept said offer and purchase said real property,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that, the offer of ALBERT J. ETCHANDY and LOIS ALTA
ETCHANDY, husband and wife; ROBERT D. ETCHANDY and MARGARET GAY
ETCHANDY husband and wife DOMINIC C. ETCHANDY a sin le man l
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following escribed rea property
situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California,
to be used for an easement for the installation and maintenance of a
sewer line ,and more particu ar y •escr •ed as fo ows:
An easement for the installation and maintenance of a sewer line,
over, under and across a portion of the Northwest quarter of the
Southeast quarter of Section 14, Township 4 South, Range 11 West,
in the Rancho Los Coyotes, as shown on a Map recorded in Book 51,
Page 11 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County, California,
described as follows:
A strip of land 5.00 feet in width, the Northwesterly line of said stri
being described as follows:
Beginning at a point in the center line of Orange Avenue, said center
line being the North line of the Northwest quarter of the Southeast
quarter of said Section 14, said point being 580.83 feet East of the
Northwest corner of said Southeast quarter; thence South 67 32 10"
West 585.88 feet to the beginning of a tangent curve concave North-
westerly, having a radius of 1630 feet; thence Southwesterly along saic
curve through a central angle of 1 241 4" an arc distance of 29.25
feet, more or less, to the intersection of the West line of the North-
west quarter of the Southeast quarter of said Section 14, said West
line being the center line of Western Avenue, the Southwesterly line
of said 5.00 foot strip being lengthened to intersect the North and
West lines of said Southeast quarter;
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the City
ofAnaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance of said
property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the City
of Anahzir be and he is hereby authorized to pay to the owners
of said real property out of General Funds of the City of
Anaheim the sum of One Dollar ($1
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
