A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING TO THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FOR AN
EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property for
municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for road and public
utility purposes and
WHEREAS, the owner of said property has offered to
sell and convey the same to tie City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of Anaheim
to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the offer of PROVIDENCE FARMING COMPANY. a
limited partnership
to sell to Fie ty o na elm e o ow ng describe rea property
situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California,
to be used for an easement for road and public utility purposes
and more particularly descred as fo 01� ws:
An easement for road and public utility purposes
over, under and across that parcel of land described
as follows:
The Northerly 53.00 feet of the East half of the
Northwest quarter of Section 21, Township 4 South,
Range 10 West, San Bernardino Base and Meridian.
EXCEPTING, therefrom the Westerly 28.00 feet
ttereof.
ALSO, EXCEPTING, therefrom the Easterly 580.00
feet thereof;
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the City
cf Anahe im, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance of said
property.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the City
of Anaheim be and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the owners
of said real property out of General Funds of the City of
Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($i
