A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING TO THE
C1T Y OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FOR AN
EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property for
municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for road and public utility
purposes
WHEREAS, the owners of said property have offered to
sell and convey the same to lie City; and
and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of Anaheim
to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the offer of ROBERT L. ANGLE and DOROTHY I. ANGLE,
husband and wife,
to se o the City of Anaheim the following described rea property
situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California,
to be used for an easement for road and •ubl is ut i l it •ur •oses
and more particu ar y descr •ed as fo ows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes over, under and
across the Easterly 45 feet (as measured from the centerline of
Miller Street) of that parcel of land described as follows:
The Northerly 65.00 feet of the Southerly 132.00 feet of the
Northerly 264.00 feet of the Easterly 165.00 feet of the Westerly
660.00 feet of that portion of Lot 2, Block K of the Kraemer Tract,
as shown on a map, filed in book 12, pages 87 and 88 of Miscellaneous
Records of Los Angeles County, California, described as follows:
Beginning at the point in the Easterly line of said Lot 2, 28
chains Southerly from the Northeast corner of said Lot 2; thence
Southerly along said Easterly line of Lot 2, 12.03 chains to the
Southeast corner of said Lot 2; thence Westerly along the Southerly
line of said Lot 2, a distant of 20 chains to the Southwesterly
corner of said Lot 2; thence Northerly along the Westerly line of
said Lot 2, 12.03 chains to the Southwesterly corner of the tract of
land, described in the deed from Mattie Goetz and husband, to Emma
Shaffer, recorded December 6, 1917, in book 316, at page 202, of
deeds, records of Orange County, California; thence Easterly along
ft Southerly line of said tract of land 20 chains to the point of
beginning;
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the City
drAnaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance of said
property.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the City
of Anaheim be, and he is hereby authorized to pay to the owners
of said real property out of General Funds of the City of
Anaheim the sum of One Dollar ($1
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 9th day of May a 1961
