A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM AUTHORIZING THE EMPLOYMENT
OF OLIN DUTRA AS A GOLF PROFESSIONAL TO
RENDER SERVICES FOR AND ON BEHALF OF THE
CITY AT THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL GOLF COURSE.
WHEREAS, the City is constructing a municipal golf
course which it expects to have completed on or before the
1st day of June, 1961; and
WHEREAS, the City in the operation and conduct of
a golf course in said City requires the services of a profes-
sional golfer, and Olin Dutra is a professional golfer capable
and able to render the services required by -the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council does find that it would be
to the advantage and for the best interest of the City of
Anaheim to employ said Olin Dutra as a golf professional to
render services to the City at said municipal golf course,
upon the terms and conditions set forth in that certain agree-
ment this day submitted to the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that Olin Dutra be, and he is hereby,
employed as a professional golfer to render services for the
City of Anaheim as a professional golfer at the Anaheim Muni-
cipal Golf Course upon the terms and conditions set forth in
that certain written agreement this day submitted to the City
Council and incorporated herein by reference and made a part
hereof.
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and the
City Clerk be, and they are hereby, authorized to execute
said agreement for and on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this 2nd day of play 1961.
