COWVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN
REAr, PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD
AND_~UBLIC UTI~ITY_~URPOSES
liliEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desiro'ls of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for public purposes, to wit: An easement for road and pUblic
utilUy Pur~es.____ ; and
WHEHEAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim
finds that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City
of Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREF0111i, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of

measured at right angles from the center line of
Center Street, of that portion of Lot 7 of Ana-
heim Extension, located in the City of Anaheim,
Oounty of Orange, State of California, described
as follows:
Beginning at the Southwest corner of said Lot 7;
thence Northerly 23 rods; thence Easterly 7 rods;
thence Southerly 23 rods; thence Westerly 7 rods
to the pOint of beginning.
