(l. HESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
OI:TY OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED
C~VEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN
REAL PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD
-MIl? _PUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES
\lliEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desiro'ls of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for public purposes, to wit: An easement for Road and
Public Uti~ity Purposes j and
WHEHEAS, the Gi.ty Council of the City of Anaheim
finds that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City
of Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFOilli, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
thfl CitJr of Anaheim that the offer of GERALD p. GOODRICH and

to the City of' Anaheim the foTlOWing described real property
situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of
California, an d more par.ticula:r-ly described as follows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes
over, under and across the Southerly 35 feet measured at
right angles from the center line of La Palma Avenue, 60
feet in width, of that parcel of land located in the City
of Anarleim, County of Orange, state of California, described
as follows:
Beginning at a point in the Southerly line of
Section 2, Township 4 South, Range 10 West, S.B.B. & M. 190 feet S
890 48' W from the Southeast corner of the wi of the SWi of the
SWi of said Section 2, and_ running" from said S 890 48' W along
the southerly line of said Section 2, 76 feet; thence N 00 56'
W parallel with the easterly line of said Section 2, 150 feet;
thence N 890 48' E parallel with the southerly line of said
Section 2, 76 feet; thence S 00 56' E parallel with the easterly
