A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY <XlUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A rnANT DEED <XlNVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN Rm PROPERTY
FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC UTILITY
PURPOSES
WHEREAS, the City Council of the Ci ty of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for public purposes, to wi t3 An easement for Road and Public
Utili ty Purposes ; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of LEIL,tI. L. WHI~E
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real prop-
erty situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of
California, to be used for Road and Public Utili tv PurJ(oseA
~ and more particularly described as followsl
An easement for road and public utility purposes
over, under and across the Southerly 35 feet measured at
right angles from the center line of La Palma Avenue, 60
feet in w'idth, of tha.t parcel of land located in the City
of Anaheim, County of Orange, state of California, described
as follows:
Beginning at the Southeast corner of the wt of the
SW~ of the swl of Section 2, Township 4 South, Range 10
\Test, S.B.B. & N. and running' from said point of beginning
8890 48' W alone the southerly line of said Section 2, 109
feet; thence N 00 56' W parallel with the easterly line of
said wt of the swi of the swi of Section 2, 150 feet;
thence N 890 48' E parallel with the south line of said
Section 2, 109 feet to the east line of said wt of the swl
of the swi of Section 2; thence S 00 561 E along said
easterly line 150 feet to the point of beginning.

be and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
Ci ty of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Treasurer of the
City of Anaheim be and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owners of said reai property, out of General Funds of the City
of Anaheim, the sum of One and nO/lOa Dollars (Sl.00).
