l\. ImSOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF' THE
OITY OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED
C~VEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN
REA!, PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND
~~C UTILITY PURPOSES
lmEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desiro~s of rmrchasing the hereinafter described real property
for pub11c purposes, to wit: An easement for road and publio
utili t:lLurpos_e~___.__. ; and
WHEHEAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim
finds that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City
of Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFOlill, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of JAMES P. MANNING and KATHRYN E.
~NINGand 119BERT E. DENHAM and.ELN_ORA 1. Pl!:NRA.M. to sell
to the City oi' Anaheim the following described rea.l property
sitlillted in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, Stato of
Cal:l!:'ornj.a, and more particularly descrjbed as follows:
An easement for road and pUblic utility purposes over,
under and across a strip of land 60 feet in width located
in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of Calif-
ornia, the center line of which is described as follows:
Beginning at the point of intersection of Rhodes Avenue
with the east boundary of Tract 2201 as shown on a map
thereof recorded in Book 63, pages 47 to 50 inclusive of
Miscellaneous Maps, Records of Orange County; thence S 570
13' 3011 E along the centerline of Rhodes Avenue produced
19.90 feet to the beginning of a tangent curve concave
southwesterly having a radius of 120.00 feet; thence south-
easterly and southerly along said curve through a central
angle of 4303315511 and a length of 91.24 feet to a point of
reverse curvature, a radial line through which bears N 570
18' 44" W; thence along said reverse curve, concave north-
easterly and having a radius of 97.83 feet, southerly,
southeasterly and easterly through a central angle of 760
5814511 and a length of 131. 38 feet to a point of tangency
with a line lying northerly of 270.00 feet distant as
measured at right angles, and parallel to the center line
of La Palma Avenue as shown on said map of Tract 2201.
EXCEPTING therefrom all land lying southerly of a line
300 feet, as measured at right angles, northerly of and
parallel with said center line of La Palma Avenue.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Treasurer of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owners of said real property, out of General Funds of.the City
