A RESOLUTION OF TH:. CII'Y COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED
CONV"iYING 'TO r[,HE CITY OF ANAHEHf CERTAIN
RSAL PROPERTY FOR PUBLIC PURPOSES.
\\1iEREAS, the City of Anaheim did heretofore enter into
an escrov: wi th James A. Rimpau, at Title Insurance and Trust
Company, Santa Ana, California, for the purchase of the herein-
after described real Droperty for Dublic purposes; and
wtiEREAS, said Title Insurance and Trust Company is now
ready to close said escrow and a deed has been prepared conveying
said pro~erty to the City of Anaheim, free and clear of all en-
cumbrances exce')t all taxes for the fiscal year 1956-1957, a lien
not yet cJayable, and, covenants, conditions, restrictions reserva-
tions, rishts, rights of vmy and ea.Bements of record.
Nmv, :'Hr~REFORE, BE IT HESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the deed conveying the following described
pro~erty situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State
of California, to wit:
Vineyard Lot IIF611 in the city of Anaheim, County
of Orange, state of California, as per map recorded
in book 4, pages 629 and 630 of Deeds, records of
Los Angeles County, C81ifornia.
EXCEPTING the Westerly 562.58 feet thereof.
to the Ci.ty of Anaheim be, and the same is hereby, accepted by
the City of Anaheim.
BE IT FURl'HErt RESOLVED that said escrOlv holder be, and
it is hereby autnorized to deliver to said Vendor the amount of
the purchase price for said Dropel'ty heretofore deposited in
escrow, when all conditions of said escrow have been met and
cOTlDlied with.
