1961-7326RESOLUTION NO. 7326 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES. WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for road and and public utility purposes WHEREAS, the owner s of said property ha ve offered to sell and convey the same to the City; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim that the offer of ADOLF SCiOEPE and VIRGINIA SCHOEPE, husband and wife, to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, to be used for an easement road and public utility purposes and more particularly described as follows: PARCEL ONE: An easement for road and public utility purposes over, under and across that parcel of land described as follows: Beginning at the Northeasterly corner of Lot 8 of Golden State Tract No. 2, as shown on a Map recorded in Book 4, page 68 of Mis- cellaneous Maps, records of Orange. County, California; thence South 0° 011 44" West along the Easterly boundary line of said Lot 8, a distance of 330.30 feet to a point of tangent curve concave Northeasterly and having a radius of 50.00 feet; thence Southeasterly along the circumference of said tangent curve through a central angle of 36° 52+ 12" a distance of 32.17 feet to a point of reverse curve concave Northerly and having a radius of 50.00 feet; thence Southwesterly, Westerly and Northwesterly along the circumference of said reverse curve through a central angle of 253° 441 24 a distance of 221.41 feet to a point of reverse curve, concave Northwesterly and having a radius of 50.00 feet; thence Northeasterly along the circumference of last said re- verse curve through a central angle of 36° 52 12" a distance of 32.17 feet to a point of tangency; thence North 0° 01 )01" East a distance of 330.33 feet to a point in the Northerly line of said Lot 8; thence South 89° 06' 55" East a distance of 60.00 feet to the point of beginning. PARCEL TWO: An easement for public utility purposes over, under and across that parcel of land described as follows: The Southerly ten (10) feet of the North half of Lot 8 of the Golden State Tract No. 2, as shown on a Map recorded in Book 4, page 68 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County, California. be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance of said property. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the owners of said real property, out of General Funds of the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar (11 THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me this 31st day of October a 19 61.
