A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING TO THE
C TT Y OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FOR AN
EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property for
municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for road andjublic
utility purposes
WHEREAS, the owner of said property ha s offered to
sell and convey the same to We City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of Anaheim
to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the offer of GRACE BAPTIST CHURCH OF ANAHEIM

situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California,
to be used for an easement for road and public utility purposes

Aneasement for road and public utility purposes over, under and
across the Northerly 53.00 feet (as measured at right angles to
the center line of La Palma Avenue) of that parcel of land, being
a portion of the North half of the Northwest quarter of the North-
west quarter of Section 7, Township 4 South, Range 10 West,
S.B.B. M., described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the North line of said Northwest quarter,
666.00 feet East of the Northwest corner of the Northwest quarter
of said Section 7; thence South 586.00 feet parallel with the
West line of said Section7; thence East 180.00 feet parallel with the
North line of said Section 7; thence North 586.00 feet parallel with
the West line of said Section to the North line of said Northwest
quarter; thence West 180.00 feet along said North line of said
Section 7 to the point of beginning.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the City

property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the City
of Anaheim be and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the owners
of said real property out of General Funds of the City of
Anaheim the sum of One Dollar ($1000)0
