A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING TO THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FOR AN
EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter- described real property for
municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for road and yubl ic anc'I'-
utility purposes
WHEREAS, the owner of said property has offered to
sell and convey the same to We City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the.benefit and best interest of the City of Anaheim
to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City. Council. of the

situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California,
to be used for an easement for road and public utility purpose
a�nc more particular describe as follows:
An easement for road .and public utility purposes over, under and
across the Northerly 45.00 C Beet (as measured to the center line of
Cerritos Ave.) of that portion of the Northeast quarter of the
Southeast quarter of Section 20, Township 4 South, Range 10 West,
in the Rancho Los Coyotes, as shown on a map thereof recorded in
book 51 page 10 miscellaneous maps, records of Orange County,
California, described as follows:
Beginning at the Northwest corner of the Northeast quarter of the
Southeast quarter of said Section, as said corner is shownon the
map of Tract 2737, recorded in book 93, pages 17 18, miscellaneous
maps, records of Orange County, California, and running thence South
890 30 30" East along the North line of said Northeast quarter,
being the center line of Cerritos Avenue a distance of 339.48 feet,
thence South 0O 55 13" West parallel with the. West line of said
Northeast quarter 662.82 feet, to the North line of said. Tract No.
27;7, thence North 89 05 'CO" West along said North line and the
Westerly extension thereof 339.47 feet to the West line of said
Northeast quarter, thence North 0 55 13" East along said West
line 660.35 feet to the point of beginning.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the City
of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the owners
of said real property, out of General Funds of the City of
Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1•00)0
