A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A ~NT DEED CONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC
UTILITY PURPOSES 0
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for public purposes, to wi tI An easement for road and public
u.ti11 ty purposes ; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of FRED .4. COOPER and
ETHEL, MARlENE COOPER. husband and w1t'e.
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real prop-
erty situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of

. and more particularly described as followSI
An easement for road and public utility
purposes over, under and across the Southerly
50 feet of the Westerly 105 feet of that por-
tion of land located in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described
as follows:
Beginning at the point of intersection of the
center line of East Center Street and the south-
erly extension of the Westerly line of the parcel
of land conveyed by James B. Mulvey to Cornelia
Mulvey et aI, by Deed recorded January 6, 1934,
and filed in Book 650, page 497 of Official
Records in the office of the County Recorder of
said Orange County; thence N 150211 W along said
Westerly line a distance of 407.32 feet; thence
S 750011 W a distance of 434.26 feet; thence S 120
141 E a distance of 411.90 feet more or less to
the said center line of East Center Street; thence
N 740 301 E along the last said center line a dis-
tance of 457 feet ,lore or less to the point of
beginning.

City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Treasurer of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to ~he
owners of said real property, out of General Funds of the C1ty
of Anaheim, the sum of One and no/l 00 Dollars ($1.00).
