A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM GRANTING A HOUSE MOVING
PERMIT TO MR. DONALD K.,PULLMAN TO M}VE
A DWELLING FROM 16612. BEACH BOULEVARD,
HUNTINGTON BEACH, CALIFORNIA TO 2005
RANDON DRIVE, ANAHEIM, CALIFORNIA.
WHEREAS, MR. DONALD K. PULLMAN, having filed a written
application for a house moving permit to move a.dwelling house
from 16612 Beach Boulevard, Huntington Beach, California, to
2005 Random Drive, Anaheim, California; and
WHEREAS, said application having been set for public
hearing on the 17th day, of October, 1961, at the hour of 3:00
otclock p.m., and notice of the time and place fixed for said
public hearing having been given by mail to all persons residing
within a radius of three hundred feet from the property upon
which it is proposed to move said, dwelling house, building or
structure, at least it days prior to the date fixed for said
hearing, as the names of such owners appeared upon the last
available assessment roll; and
WHEREAS, said matter havingrcpme on regulLarly for
hearing upon said date and said hearing having been duly held
and conducted and all persons interested therein given an
opportunity to be heard, and the City Council having duly
considered said application for a house moving permit, together
with all evidence and reports submitted in connection therewith,
does find that said permit should be granted, subject to the
completion of proceedings now pending for the reclassification
of the property at 2005 Random Drive, Anaheim, California,
from R -A, Residential Agricultural Zone to R -1, One Family
Residential Zone.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that the application of said MR. DONALD
K. PULLMAN for a house moving permit to move a dwelling from
16612 Beach Boulevard, Huntington Beach, California, to 2005
Random Drive, Anaheim, California, be, and the same is hereby
granted,subject to the completion of proceedings now pending
for the reclassification of the property at 2005 Random Drive,
Anaheim, California from R -A, Residential Agricultural Zone to
R -1, One- Family Residential Zone, and subject also to compliance
with all of the provisions of Title 15, Chapter 15.32 of the
Anaheim Municipal Code relating to the moving of buildings
from a point outside the City of Anaheim to a point within the
City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this 17th day of October, 1961.
