A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING TO THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FOR AN
EASEMENT FOR PUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSE
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property for
municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for public utility urno s

WHEREAS, the owner of said property has offered to
sell and convey the same to `die City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of Anaheim
to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the offer of KINDIS CORPORATION corpora n,

situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California,
to be used for an easement for public utility outDoses
,and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for public utility purposes over, under and
across those portions of Tract No. 4182, as shown on a Map
recorded in Book 148, pages 26 and 27 of Miscellaneous Maps,
records of Orange County, California, described as follows:
The Southerly 5.00 feet of Lots 1 through 8, inclusive;
The Easterly 8.00 feet of Lots 8 through 16, inclusive;
The Northerly 8.00 feet of Lots 16, 17, and 18 and 32 to
35, inclusive;
The Westerly 5.00 feet of Lot 1 and Lots 35 to 14.1, inclusive;
The Westerly 5.00 feet of Lots 7 and 18 through 23, inclusive;
The Easterly 5.00 feet of Lots 6, 24, 27 28, 30 to 32,
inclusive;
The Northerly 5.00 feet of Lots 15, 24, 25, 26 and 28,
excepting therefrom the Westerly 45.00 feet of Lots 26
and 28;
The Southerly 5.00 feet of Lots 27, 29 and 30, excepting
therefrom the Westerly 45.00 feet of Lots 27 and 29;
The Southwesterly 5.00 feet of Lot 17; and
The Southeasterly 5.00 feet of Lot 33;
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the City

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the City
of Anaheim be and he is hereby authorized to pay to the owners
of said real property out of General Funds of the City of
