A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 7125 IN
RECLASSIFICATION PROCEEDINGS NO. 61 -62 -1.
WHEREAS, the City Council did heretofore, to wit,
on August 15, 1961, adopt Resolution No. 7125 in Reclassification
Proceedings No. 61 -62 -1 finding and determining that the pro-
perty and area described in said resolution should be changed
from R -A, Residential Agricultural, Zone to C -1, Neighborhood
Commercial, Zone, subject to certain conditions therein set
forth; and
WHEREAS, Condition No. 3 of said resolution reads
as follows:
"3. That the owner of subject property pay
to the City of Anaheim the sum of $2.00
per front foot, along Katella Avenue and
Humor Drive, for street lighting purposes."
AND WHEREAS, the applicant for said change of zone,
through his authorized agent, has requested that said Con-
dition No. 3 be deleted from said resolution, and the City
Council does find that said condition should be omitted as
requested; and
WHEREAS, the City Council does further find that an
ordinance has not yet been adopted directing said change of
zones and completing said reclassification proceedings;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of A that Resolution No.7125 in Reclassification
Proceedings No. 61 -62 -1 be, and the same is hereby, amended by
deleting therefrom Condition No. 3, reading as follows:
"3. That the owner of subject property pay
to the City of Anaheim the sum of $2.00
per front foot, along Katella Avenue and
Humor Drive, for street lighting purposes."
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that in all other respects
said Resolution No. 7125 be and remain in full force and effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this 10th day of October, 1961.

and Schutte.
NOES: COUNCILMEN: None.
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: None.
AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Mayor of the City of
Anaheim approved and signed said Resolution No. 7261 on the
10th day of October, 1961.
