RESOLUTION NO. 3384
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM CONFIRMING ASSESSMENT FOR
WEED ABATEMENT.
WHEREAS, the SQperintendent of Streets of the City
of Anaheim, having filed ~~s report showing the cost of re-
moving weeds from streets within the City of Anaheim, as here-
tofore ordered by Resolution No. 3181, and the City Council
having heard said report and no objections having been raised
by the property owners liable to be assessed for the work of
abating such nuisance;
NOW, TH~~EFORE, the City Council of the City of Ana-
heim does hereby resolve and order as follows:
(1) That the report of said Superintendent of Streets
be, and the Sa:de is hereby, confirmed.
(2) That a certified copy of said report be filed
with the County Auditor of Orange County, Cali~ornia on or
before the 13th day of August, 1956, together with a oertified
copy of this resolution.
