A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING TO THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FOR AN
EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property for
municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for road and public
utility purposes :anc�
WHEREAS, the owner s of said property ha Ve offered to
sell and convey the same to die City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of Anaheim
to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the offer of .ORVAL M. HALVORSEN and MADGE
HALVORSEN, husband and wife,
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real property
situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California,
to be used for an easement for road ana public utility purposes

An easement for road and public utility purposes over, under and across
those parcels of land described as follows:
PARCEL ONE: The Northerly 53.00 feet (as measured to the center line of
Ball Road) and the Easterly 53.00 feet (as measured to the center line of
Euclid Avenue) of the North one acre of the East three acres of Lot One
of the Kellogg Homestead Tract, as shown on a Map recorded in Book 8, page
51 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County, California.
(For the purpose of this description the East line of said Lot One is
assumed to be the center line of Euclid Avenue, 60 feet wide, and the North
line of said Lot One is assumed to be the center line of Bell Road, 60
feet wide.)
PARCEL TWO: The Easterly 53.00 feet (as measured at right angles to the
center line of Euclid Avenue, 60 feet wide) of the Southerly two acres of
the East three acres of Lot One of the Kellogg Homestead Tract as shown on
a Map recorded in Book 8, page 51 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of
Orange County, California.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM the Southerly 277.00 feet thereof.
(For the purpose of this description the East line of said Lot One is
assumed to be the center line of Euclid Aenue, 60 feet wide.)
PARCEL THREE: Beginning at a point distant 53.00 feet Westerly and 68.00
feet Southerly of the center line intersection of said Ball Road and Euclic
Avenue, as said intersection is shown on a Map of Lot One of the Kellogg
Homestead Tract, recorded in Book 8, page 51 of Miscellaneous Maps, record
of Orange County, California; thence Northwesterly in a direct line to the
intersection with a line parallel with and 53.00 feet Southerly of the
center line of said Ball rioad, said point of intersection also being dis-
tant Westerly 68.00 feet from the center line of said Euclid Avenue; thence
Easterly along the last mentioned parallel line to the intersection with a
line parallel with and 53.00 feet Westerly ofthe center line of said Euciic
Avenue; thence Southerly along the last mentioned parallel line to the
point of beginning.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the City
of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the owners
of said real property, out of General Funds of the City of
