A RESOLUTION OF TIlE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC
UTILITY PURPOSES 0
WlffiREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purcha$ing the hereinafter described real property
for public purposes, to wit I An easement for road and
public utility purposes ; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, TIlEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of May Beatty Neip;hbors, .Clarence
Beatty Nei~hbor~. ~a.rthaNeighbors Burns & Joseph Charles Neighbors
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real prop-
erty situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of
Cali fornia, to be used for road a:q.d p~Ql.iC u til.i ty
pl~poses ,and more particularly escribed as follows:
An easement for road and publio utility
purposes over, under and across the Southerly
20 feet of those paroels of land located in
the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State
of California, desoribed as follows:
Lots 5 and 6 of Tract 483, as shown on a map
thereof filed in Book 17, Page 20 of
Miscellaneous Maps, records of said Orange
County.

be and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
Ci ty of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Treasurer of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to ~he
owners of said real property, out of General Funds of the Clty
of Anaheim, the sum of One and no/lOO Dollars ($1.00).
