A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY CDUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A CiWIT DEED OONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EASSlEHT FOR aOAD AND PUBLIC
UTILITY PURPOSES .
WHiREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purcha$ing the hereinafter described real property
for public purposes ~ to wi t I An easement for road and public
u~i1ity pur~oses ; aM
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim fioos
that it is for tne benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of FLODRE DEVELOPERS, IIO.,
a Qorporation, .
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real prop-
erty situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of
Cali fornia, to be used for road and public utility purpos es
, and more particularly described as folloWSI
An easement for road and public utility
purposes over, under and aoross the Easterly
190 feet of the Southerly 60 feet and the
Westerly 30 feet of that portion of land
located in the City of Anaheim, Oounty of
Orange, State of California, described as
follows:
The SEt of the SEt of Section 21, Township
4 South, Range 10 West, S.B.B.& M.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Treasurer of the

owners of said real property, out of General Funds of the City
of Anaheim, the sum of One and no/lOO Dollars ($1.00).
