A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING TO THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FOR AN
EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property for
municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for road and public
uttsl i i- purposes and
WHEREAS, the owner of said property ha offered t
sell and convey the same to die City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of Anaheim
to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the offer of IMPERIAL STATIONS. INC., a

situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California,
to be used for an easement for road and public utility urposes
,and more particularly describe as follows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes over, under
and across the Easterly 45.00 feet (as measured to the Center Line
of Raymond Avenue) of that parcel of land, being a portion of Lot
Five of the Stockwell Subdivision, as shown on a Map recorded in Book
6, page 10 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County, California,
described as follows:
Beginning at the Southeast corner of said Lot Five, being con-
sidered in the center of Raymond Avenue; thence North along the
East line of said Lot rive and the center of Raymond Avenue, 119.02
fet to the true Point of beginning; thence parallel with the South
line of said Lot ="'iv e North 88 52' 20" West 195.04 feet; thence
North 180.68 feet to the Southerly line of land described as Parcel
One in a deed to Carl Herman Wise, filed April 26, 1949 as Document
No. 17899, in the offic8 of the Registrar of Titles of the County of
Orange; thence South 88 33' 54" East 195.06 feet along said Southerly
line to the Easterly line of Lot Five and the center line of Raymond
Avenue; thence along said center line 179.64 feet to the true point
of beginning.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the City

property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the City
of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the owners
of said real property out of General Funds of the City of
Anaheim the sum of One Dollar 01.00).
