A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING TO THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN PROPERTY FOR AN
EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES
City Council of the City of Anaheim is
the hereinafter described real property for
wit: An easement for road and2ublic
WHEREAS, the owners of said property ha` offered to
sell and convey the same to die City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the .benefit and best interest of the City of Anaheim
to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the offer of JOE T. PHARRIS and
GLENNA F. PHARRIS, husband and wife,

situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California,
to be used for an easement for road and public utility purposes

An easement for road and public utility purposes over,
under and across the Southerly 53.00 feet (as measured to
the center line of Ball Road) of that parcel of land being
a portion of the Southeast quarter of the Southwest quarter
of Section 13, Township 4 South, Range 11 West, in the
Rancho Los Coyotes, as shown on a Map recorded in Book 51,
page 11 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County,
California., described as follows:
PARCEL ONE: Beginning at the Southwest corner of land
described in a deed to Ted F. Koblitz and wife, recorded
November 3, 1947 in Book 159, page 203 of Official Records,
said Southwest corner being South 89° 59' 15" West 657.10
feet from the Southeast corner of said Southwest quarter of
Section 13; thence South 89 °.59''15" West along the Southerly
line of said Section 13 a distance of 160.00 feet; thence
North 0° 09' 30" East parallel with the West line of said
land conveyed to Ted F. Koblitz to the Southerly line of
Tract No. 2228, as shown on a Map recorded in Book 69, pages
34 to 37, inclusive, of Miscellaneous Maps, records of
Orange County, California; thence North 89° 59' 26" East
160.00 feet along the Southerly line of said Tract No. 2228
to the Westerly line of the land conveyed to Ted F. Koblitz;
thence South 0° 09' 30" West along the Westerly line of said
Ted F. Koblitz' land to the point of beginning.
PARCEL TWO: An easement for alley and public utility purposes
over, under and across the Northerly twenty (20) feet of the
parcel of land described above as Parcel One;
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the City
d Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance of said
property.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the City
of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the owners
of said real property, out of General Funds of the City of
Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar 41.00).
THE•FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
