RESOLUTION NO. 7184
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A PERMIT SUB-
MITTED BY THE ORANGE COUNTY FLOOD CONTROL
DISTRICT TO THE CITY TO INSTALL AND
MAINTAIN A 2L -INCH RCP STORM DRAIN WITHIN
THE DISTRICTtS RIGHT OF WAY OF CARBON CREEK
DIVERSION CHANNEL AT ANAHEIM ROAD.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim has heretofore made
application to the Orange County Flood Control District for
a permit to install and maintain a 2L -inch RCP storm drain
within the District =s right of way of Carbon Creek Diversion
Channel at Anaheim Road; and
WHEREAS, plans for the installation of said storm
drain designated "City of Anaheim Plan No. L532 "r have been
filed with and approved by said District's Flood Control
Engineer; and
WHEREAS, Orange County Flood Control District did
on August 31, 1961, submit to the City of Anaheim a form of
permit to be accepted by the City offering to grant to the
City permission to install and maintain a 24-inch RCP storm
drain within the District's right of way of Carbon Creek
Diversion Channel at Anaheim Road in accordance with City
of Anaheim Plan No. 4532, subject to the terms, covenants,
conditions and agreements therein set forth to be kept,
performed and observed by the City, which permit the City
Council finds would be for the benefit and best interest
of the City and should be accepted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that the permit of the Orange County
Flood Control District, No. 02761, submitted August 31, 1961,
to the City of Anaheim, granting to the City permission to
install and maintain a 24 -inch RCP storm drain within the
District's right of way of Carbon Creek Diversion Channel at
Anaheim Road in accordance with City of Anaheim Plan No. 4532,
subject to the terms, covenants, conditions and agreements
set forth in said permit to be performed and observed by the
City of Anaheim, be, and the same is hereby, accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and the City
Clerk be, and they are hereby, authorized to accept said
permit submitted August 31, 1961, for and on behalf of the
City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this 12th day of September, 1961.
