A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING TO THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FOR AN
EASEMENT FOR ROA AND PUBLIC UTILITI PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property for
municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for road and public
utility purposes an
WHEREAS, the owner s of said property ha ve offered to
sell and convey the same to die City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of Anaheim
to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that, the offer of JOHN E. CRADDOCK and BEATRICE E�
CRADDOCK husband and wife

situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California,
to be used for an easement for road and .ublic utilit •ur•oses

An easement for road and public utility purposes
over, under and across the Northerly 60.00 feet
(as measured at right angles to the center line
of Katella Avenue), of that parcel of land described
as follows:
The Westerly 200.00 feet of Lot One of the Walnut
Colony Tract, as shown on a Map filed in Book 1,
page 1L. of Record of Surveys in the office of the
County Recorder of Orange County, California.
(For the purpose of this description, the lot line
is assumed to be the center line of the street);
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the City
cf Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance of said
property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the City
of Anaheim be and he is hereby authorized to pay to the owners
of said real property out of General Funds of the City of
Anaheim the sum of One Dollar ($1,00)
