1961-7159WHEREAS, heretofore on the 25th day of April, 1961,
the City Council did duly pass and adopt Resolution No. 6846
which in part set forth a^ sum of money to be paid for the
services of Smith, Powell Morgridge in connection with
services rendered by them to the City in connection with
the new library building; and,
WHEREAS, since the date of said Resolution Smith,
Powell Morgridge have furnished to the City a revised
statement for architectural services in connection with said
main library building; and,
WHEREAS, said revised statement properly reflects
the amount owed to Smith, Powell Morgridge in connection
with such architectural services;
NO';J, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that Resolution No. 6846 adopted on
the 25th day of April, 1961, be and the same is hereby
amended by deleting therefrom the last paragraph appearing
on page 1 of said Resolution relating to the payment of
34,165.00 due the architectural firm of Smith, Powell
Morgridge.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed
by me on this 5th day of September, 1961.
