ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING TO THE
C1T Y OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FOR AN
EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the
desirous of purchasing
municipal purposes, to
utility purposes
RESOLUTION NO. 7139
City Council of the City of Anaheim is
the hereinafter described real property for
wit: An easement for road and public
WHEREAS, the owners of said property have offered to
sell and convey the same to tie City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of Anaheim
to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that. the offer of HARRY R. WINELAND and FRANCES
M. WINELAND. husband and wife: RjHARD E, WINELAND and VIRGINIA

An easement for road and public utility purposes over,
under and across the Southerly 45.00 feet (as measured
to the center line of Broadway Street) of that parcel
of land, described as follows:
PARCEL ONE: The West 200.00 feet of the East half of
the Southwest quarter of the Northwest quarter of the
Northwest quarter of Section 16, Township 4 South,
Range 10 West, in the Rancho San Juan Cajon de Santa
Ana, as shown on a map recorded in book 51, page 10 of
Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County, California,
being further described as the West 200.00 feet of the
East half of lot 5 of the Helen and Lynches addition
to Anaheim as shown on a map thereof recorded in
book 442, page 158, Deeds, records of Los Angeles County,
California.
PARCEL TWO: An easement for public utility purposes
over, under and across the Westerly five (5) feet of
the land described as Parcel One above;
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the City
drAnaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance of said
property.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the City
of Anaheim be and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the owners
of said real property, out of General Funds of the City of
Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1
