1961-7136WHEREAS, heretofore, to wit, on the 15th day of
November, 1960, the City Council did adopt Resolution No.
6452 in Reclassification No. F- 60- 61 -36, approving the
reclassification of the property therein described and
changing' it from R -A, RESIDENTIAL AGRICULTURAL ZONE, to
C -3, HEAVY- COMMERCIAL ZONE, subject to the four conditions
specified in said resolution; and
WHEREAS, the City Council does find and determine that
the conditions set forth in said resolution have not been com-
plied with by the applicant for said change of zone, and that
said proceedings for the reclassification of said property
should be terminated.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that all proceedings in connection
with Application No. F- 60 -61 -36 for a change of zone be, and
the same are hereby terminated, and that Resolution No. 6452
be, and the same is hereby, declared to be null and void from
and after this date.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this 22nd day of August, 1961.
