A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM ADOPTING BUDGET FOR
EXPENDITURE OF FUNDS ALLOCATED FROM THE
STATE HIGHWAY FUND TO CITIES.
WHEREAS, a master agreement has been executed by
the City of Anaheim hereinafter referred to as the City,
and the State Department of Public Works, Division of Hi hways,
hereinafter referred to as the Department, on February 2 1961,
for expenditure of State allocated funds; and
WHEREAS, a project statement has been prepared and
was submitted to the Department on June 6,1_961, showing the
estimated expenditures of such funds recommended to be made
during the 1961 -62 fiscal year; and
WHEREAS, a budget, approved by the Department on
June 28, 1961, has been presented to the City Council in ac-
cordance with the project statement submitted by the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has heard read said budget,
as approved by the Department, and is familiar with the
contents thereof;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that said budget be and is hereby
adopted as the budget of expenditures recommended to be made
from such funds during the 1961 -62 fiscal year, said budget
be and the same is hereby approved and the Mayor and City
Clerk are directed to sign the same on behalf of said City,
and said budget to be submitted to the Department of Public
Works, State of California, in accordance with the provisions
of Section 197 of the Streets and Highways Code.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed
by me this 15th day of August 1961.

of the City of Anaheim, held on the 15th day of August, 1961, by the
following vote of the members thereof:

NOES: COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: None
AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Mayor of the City of Anaheim
approved and signed said Resolution No. 7122 on the 15th day of
August, 1961.
