A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 6161 IN
RECLASSIFICATION PROCEEDINGS NO. F -59 -60 -112.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim did
heretofore, to wit, on July 26, 1960, adopt Resolution No.
6161 in Reclassification Proceedings No. F -59 -60 -112, finding
and determinin g that the property and area therein described
should be changed from R A RESI AGRICULTURAL ZONE to
C -1, NEIGHBORHOOD COMMERCIAL ZONE subject to certain condi-
tions set forth in said resolution; and
WHEREAS, Condition No. 2 of Resolution No. 6161
reads as follows:
"2. That an area 6 feet in width along Stanton
Avenue and an area 10 feet in width along
Orange Avenue be landscaped and said land-
scaping maintained, or that plans of
landscaped beautification, acceptable to
the City Council, be presented."
AND WHEREAS, the City Council finds that said
Condition No. 2 should be amended to read:
"2. That an area 6 feet in width along Stanton
Avenue and an area 10 feet in width along
Orange Avenue be landscaped and said land-
scaping maintained, or that plans of
landscaped beautification be presented to
the Superintendent of Parkway Maintenance
for approval."
AND WHEREAS, the City Council does further find that
an ordinance has never been adopted directing said change of
zone and completing said reclassification proceedings;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that Resolution No. 6161 in Reclassifi-
cation Proceedings No. F -59 -60 -112 be and the same is hereby
amended by amending Condition No. 2 thereof to read as follows:
"2. That an area 6 feet in width along Stanton
Avenue and an area 10 feet in width along
Orange Avenue be landscaped and said
landscaping maintained, or that plans of
landscaped beautification be presented to
the Superintendent of Parkway Maintenance
for approval."
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that in all other respects
said Resolution No. 6161 be and remain in full force and effect.
