A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING TO THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FOR AN
EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property for
municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for road and public utility
purposes anU
WHEREAS, the owner of said property has offered to
sell and convey the same to TFie City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the.benefit and best interest of the City of Anaheim
to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that. the offer of ALFRANCIS INC.. a corporajion
,organized under the laws of the State of California.

An easement for road and public utility purposes over, under and
across the Easterly 53.00 feet (as measured at right angles to the
center line of Los Angeles Street)and the Westerly 32.00 feet (as
measured at right angles to the center line of Lemon Street) of
that parcel of land, being a portion of Lot Twenty -Six (26) of
Anaheim Extension, as shown on a Map of Survey made by William Hamel,
a copy of which is recorded in the Office of the County Recorder of
Orange County, California, in Book 3, page 163, entitled Los Angeles
Co. Maps, described as follows:
Beginning at a point in the Easterly line of said Lot Twenty -Six (26),
distant 503.19 feet Northerly from the Southeast corner of said Lot 26,
said Southeast corner, for the purpose of this description, being the
center line intersection of Los Angeles Street with the center line
of Ball Road, as shown on said Map made by William Hamel; thence North-
erly along the center line of said Los Angeles Street a distance of
587.19 feet; thence Westerly to the point of intersection with the
West line of said Lot 26, said point of intersection being in the
center line of Lemon Street distant 700.55 feet Northerly thereof
from the Southerly line of said Lot 26; thence Southerly along the
center line of said Lemon Street, being the West line of said Lot 26,
a distance of 368.88 feet to a point in a line distant Northerly
331.89 feet from the Southerly line of said Lot 26; thence Easterly
612.49 feet to the point of beginning;
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the City
dr Anahe im, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance of said
property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the City
of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the owners
of said real property, out of General Funds of the City of
Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1•00)0
