A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING TO THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FOR AN
EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property for
municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for road and public
utility purposes anf
WHEREAS, the owners of said property ha veoffered to
sell and convey the same to fie City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the.benefit and best interest of the City of Anaheim
to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that. the offer of WALTER C. RALSTON and RUTH S RALSTON,
husband and wife

situated in the City of Anaheim, County,, of Orange, State of California,
to be used for an easement for road and •ublic utilit *ur•oses

An easement for road and public utility purposes over,
under and across the Easterly 53.00 feet (as measured
at right angles to the center line of Euclid Avenue)
of that parcel of land being a portion of the Southeast
quarter of the Southeast quarter of Section 20, Town-
ship 4 South, Range 10 West, S. B. B. M., described
as follows:
Beginning at the Northeasterly corner of Lot Ten (10)
of Tract No. 2217, as shown on a Map recorded in Book
61, Pages 30 and 31 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of
Orange County, California; thence South 89 051 00"
East along the Easterly prolongation of the Northerly
line of said Lot Ten (10), a distance of 300.00 feet
to the center line of Euclid Avenue, as shown on said
Map of Tract No. 2217; thence South 00 55t 00" West
143.00 feet along said center line to the Easterly
prolongation of the Northerly line of Lot Seventeen
(17) of Tract No. 2176, as shown on a Map recorded
in Book 59, pages 34 and 35 of Miscellaneous Maps,
records of Orange County, California; thence North 89
05 00" West along the Easterly prolongation of said
Northerly line, and said Northerly line and the Westerly
prolongation of said Northerly line 300.00 feet to the
Southeast corner of Lot Ten (10) of said Tract No.
2217; thence North 0 55 00" East 1L1.3.00 feet to the
point of beginning;
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the City
of Anahe im, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance of said
property.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the City
of Anaheim be and he is hereby authorized to pay to the owners
of said real property out of General Funds of the City of
Anaheim the sum of One Dollar ($1•0O).,
